Time To Get Started!

 So much going on behind the scenes at the moment, I figure I should move past the first blog post on here and fill you all in a bit!

So Jends Creatives itself has now got a Facebook Page and an Instagram account. Nothing much on them so far as I am still in the setting up stage, but small steps lead to big success am I right?

Have started the first book in the Craft Therapy Series, which is going to be called Newtrition and sets about debunking all the so called "dieting" myths and opens up a path for everyone to be adding food to their tummy's that actually help our body perform better.

The reason this is the first book is because of rabbit holes. No not the ones you see in your garden or on the heath, the ones your mind goes down when you discover a subject you become fascinated with.

I started studying micronutrition in terms of how the right nutrients play a part in the successful production of those Happy Hormone and fell really deep.

So this first book is going to be about macronutrients, micronutrients, your microbiome and the link between gut health, mental health and physical health.

There is even going to be a section for simple recipes that will help people learn that a successful diet is not about what we remove from our plates and snacks so much as what we add to them.

Yummy Fresh Food!

I have started doing a thing too. It's called Suburban Smallholding and I am starting a TikTok channel to outline my journeys in vertical and small space gardening and creating traditional and yummy foods from scratch with local ingredients. 

I won't waffle on too much here, as I intend to start posting a lot more regularly, so watch this space for more updates, recipes and all other things relating to Jends Creatives!

The First Blog Post.

Hey and welcome to the first blog post of Jends Creatives!

Everything is still very much a work in progress on here, so let me tell you what is going on.

He will keep reading of course!

I know this is the first post, that after a while no one will read, so I will sum up what is going on right now, then keep you updated as things happen!

I am sure that the first people who read this post will be family and friends so I want to say a big Hey Everyone! to all of you and thanks for stopping by.

The purpose of this blog is to provide regular updates about what is happening in the overall company Jends Creatives as well as sharing information about more individual components.

It will be working in tandem with our business headquarters website jendscreatives.com. This website will contain all the legal information regarding the company and take the place of a brick and mortar building at the beginning of this journey. Further down the line when we have an official land based headquarters, we will let you know more about that as it progresses. 

The website will make up the legal part of the business, whereas this blog is more concerned with the day to day running of the company. I will post the website url when the website is actually set up.

This blog, as well as updates, will have informational articles and videos, better explanation of what the ongoing aims of the company are launches of new projects and information about our mission and charity work.

You should be able to see the current navigation areas on the side bar at the top of each side, these will be updated as new pages are added.

Thanks again for popping over to this first, introductory post. I would like to invite you to follow the blog, by clicking on the button on the right hand side bar and share any thoughts and comments on both posts and pages as the blog begins to grow.

Ultimately this blog will be a resource for building a community based on happiness, peace and love, using creativity to find inner fulfilment.

I know it sounds a bit happy clappy but if you read the articles and the science behind it, you might find yourself as intrigued as I am.

Oh yes, eventually there will be a Facebook membership group, where I will be advertising special offers on the items I sell, competitions and other promotions, opening the discussion about the science behind Craft Therapy and generally spoil my VIP members like mad.
